The main topic of the presentation is the review of the revised manual for grants and business plan samples.
During the presentation, the expert described some aspects related to the grants to farmers, including:
• It is preferable to provide target grants i.e. through the equipment, not money.
• Grants should be a group grants i.e. one of the criteria for receiving grants shall be the organization of groups of farmers.
Farmer group should include 25 persons (production groups of farms).
Also during the presentation the content of application forms for a grant and samples of business plans were shown, which included several sections: technical, economic and financial.
